Hart Entertainment Inc. is fully insured and we carry $5 million dollars of general liability insurance for each event.

We understand the weather can’t be controlled! Hart Entertainment offers an excellent rain policy. Upon confirmation of your event, we provide our clients with a rain cut off date. As long as we are contacted before that date (typically 48 hours prior to the event), your 50% deposit will be completely protected for another date and transferable for up to 1 year

Our online prices reflect the rental costs only, which do not include staffing, delivery, or HST. Please contact a Hart Entertainment representative forpricing breakdowns & clarification

Q: Does Hart Entertainment have an open showroom of equipment?

With over 600 products to choose from, we do not offer a public showroom, however visits to our office or warehouse can be made by appointment only.

Q: Does Hart Entertainment offer customer pickups for equipment rentals?

While we do our best to accommodate all of our clients, we want to ensure the success of every event. Therefore, all of our equipment must be handled and delivered with care to your event by our own Hart Entertainment event staff and vehicles.
